Alisha Branch, Founder of the Brick Rose Movement was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Monroe College with her Business Degree in 2012, and currently is a Licensed Life Estate and Real Estate Agent. As a Social Activist, her mission is to utilize her education and experience to aid the needs of New York City at-risk communities with the Brick Rose Movement. Alisha went from being a homeless teenager to selling homes and becoming the CEO of Brick Rose Organization. She started the Brick Rose Real Estate to Resource program to assist the home-less in New York City . Brick Rose Real Estate to Resource program has been assisting people in home-less shelters with permanent housing since 2013. Alisha believes that everyone deserves access to resources and support that can improve their lives. That's why she is committed to the Brick rose Movement that continues to provide services to individuals and families in our community.

Alisha worked with the International Organization for Migration to raise funds and awareness in efforts to combat the child trafficking crisis. As a Public representative she organized meetings of the minds and other events to combat international injustices.
AIM, Active Intervention for Mothers

Alisha is a former United Nations Public Representative. She worked with AIM (NGO) to the United Nations and other organizations to raise awareness and combat Maternal Mortality. Alisha worked with AIM/ NGO to the United Nations and officials to raise funds for at-risk mothers. she assisted AIM in multiple fundraising events, which raised funds to build a Maternity Hospital in Mali, Africa in 2012.

Dennis Noble, Loan Originator gave a great presentation and answered questions about being approved for a mortgage. Narindra spoke about the pros and cons of Renting vs Owning. Alisha spoke about Financial Empowerment and generational wealth.

Brick Rose Board members met with Star Bight Family Shelter Board members to discuss ways to partner and assist homeless families in Brooklyn, New York. On December 12, 2022, Brick Rose donated Toys, shoes and Clothing to the Star Bright Family Shelter in Canarsie Brooklyn. Brick Rose Real Estate to Resource program has been assisting people in home-less shelters with permanent housing since 2013.

Sister Circle is a group of women who meet once a week to discuss topics that affect the community. The discussions focus on empowering, and uplifting each other as well as crafting solutions to assist the needs of their community.
